Cera's class headed to the science centre and Mom was able to go with them. It was so much fun! Cera has been wanting to whittle for a while and it just happened that they had a station to do just that!
Cera enjoyed learning some of the techniques and now just has to talk Dad into letting her continue learning and trying. (He is so protective!)
This was the first time we have been to the science center since they opened the outdoor learning and exploring area. The kids had a blast on the teeter-totters.
The most popular was climbing the tower and sliding down. There was sure a lot of screaming coming from that tube!
Cera came out of the 63 foot slide pretty quick!
The group we were with did some great dancing and created lots of energy.
After lunch we went to watch a movie in the planetarium. It was so neat to watch it all around us and to learn more about the planets and stars.
It was also fun for Mom and Cera to hang out!
This year at school the kids have been learning about sound so to wrap up their visit they did some experiments around what they've learned. They had to use different materials to make their sounds louder and quieter. The groups did great and had fun doing it!
What a fun day!! Mom is so grateful she is able to participate in school activities and watch the girls learn and grown.
