Picnic with Great Grandma and Grandpa

The girls decided it would be fun to go have a picnic with Great Grandma and Grandpa Richards.  We setup a date, packed our lunch and headed to visit them.  Sadly the weather missed our invitation and it was a rainy day.  We made due and had our picnic in the basement of the old folks home.  It was still great!!

We loved making our own wraps or sandwiches with salads, chips and fruit on the side.  We had a fun visit while eating.

Then we headed back up to their room where we visited some more, the girls made headbands and necklaces with the beads Grandma and Grandpa got them and then Great Grandma taught the girls how to make snakes with yarn.  This is their new favorite thing to do!  It was a great visit despite the rain.
