Elizabeth's Month at School

This month Mom was invited to preschool for a mother's day tea.  Elizabeth selected my outfit to wear which included my leopard print high heels.  She also really wanted to wear a dress.  She's so cute!

After some tea/water and cookies, pictures, a gift and some songs we got to see the ducks.  They were fun to watch and one even got a little too excited and left a mess on the towel.  Oops!  Elizabeth really loved showing Mom around and telling her all about preschool.

Elizabeth was able to go to Saskatoon Farm with Amber.  It turned out to be a cooler day but they still had a great time.  Elizabeth was excited to see lots of animals especially this little bunny.

She took some money to get a treat.  She picked some ice cream with Saskatoon berries (way to try something new Elizabeth!!) and a big glass of chocolate milk.

They spotted a banana tree at the farm!  Who knew they could grow those so close to home!

Mom loved this picture Amber sent.  Elizabeth just looks so small and cute walking through the greenhouse.

Elizabeth ask Amber to take a picture of her in her "house" at preschool.  She's such a funny bunny!

The preschool kids each got a turn to say goodbye to the ducks as they had to head back to their farm.  It's been a great experience for Elizabeth to watch them from eggs to grown ducks.

One of Elizabeth's preschool classmates has ponies so they brought them for a visit one afternoon.  The kids loved it!!

Amber does some really fun activities with Elizabeth.  They had been working on the theme of bugs all week so as a wrap up Elizabeth got to swat a "bug" with a fly swatter when she had done a few of her speech words.  There were bugs drawn on the big sheet of paper and then Amber would squirt a little bit of paint on them before Elizabeth wound up for the smack.  All Mom could hear from her bedroom window was laughing and giggling.  Such a beautiful sound!
