There have been some great things about Dad working for a smaller company. One of those was the kids Christmas party! It was held at a gymnastic club in the city. The kids had some free time to play around. The girls enjoyed some different equipment than at their gymnastics building.
They then arranged the kids into smaller groups. The groups went to multiple locations in the gym, learned some new skills and then tried them out. Cera was great at keeping an eye on her sisters to make sure they were having fun.
One of the girls favorites was this long trampoline. Cera is the one at the end in a split jump, while Elizabeth is waiting her turn at the start of the tramp.
Emilee liked to swing on the rings. She felt so strong!
The girls enjoyed some more free time at the end of the party. Elizabeth used her tummy muscles to get over the ropes on the parallel bars.
Emile liked to balance on the ropes and walk across. Good work ladies!
After watching Kyle Schewfelt, an Olympian medalist, do a few tricks on the trampolines, the kids eagarly awaited the arrival of Santa!!
Elizabeth and Emilee were so excited to personally give a letter/picture to Santa. He was very happy to receive them and even took the time for Elizabeth to explain her picture to him. We just loved her little crossed legs.
Silly Cera wouldn't turn to face Mom for a picture - so we just get to see her visiting with Santa. The kids were pretty pumped to each receive an early gift from Santa.
Emilee read a few of the items on her list and pointed out the pictures. It was such a great day for the girls!
After the gifts were handed out, we found a quiet space for the girls to open their gifts. They waited so patiently and were pumped!!
There were a lot of excited faces as they opened their presents.
Emilee was excited for some new playmobil.
You can see how spot on Santa was with his presents for the girls. Check out their cheering and celebrating!
It was a great group of kids and a fun afternoon. The kids enjoyed playing, eating a ton of food and the parents were able to relax too.
