All About Cera

Cera was super excited about her weaving loom that she got from Santa at the kids party.  She got right to work and wanted to make a scarf.  Unfortunately Mom miss read/calculated and it's half the length it should be so either she'll have a very short scarf or we talked about turning it into a bag/purse.  Either way she's pretty happy about it and has been busily working on it. 

Cera had a recognition night at activity days.  She took Dad with her and it was a very fun and memorable night for both of them.  Cera was recognized for the goals she has accomplished and for the articles of faith she has memorized.  (She only has 1 of 13 left to memorize!)  Good job Cera!  Her and Dad also had some good visiting time when they went for a treat afterwards and Dad said he has been motivated by Cera and set some goals for himself.  A good night for all!

We sold our car this month - we were very blessed with how things worked out so it sold quickly and for exactly what we had asked.  The girls were impressed with all the hundred dollar bills given for the down deposit and wanted a picture holding it all.  We are grateful that things worked out well.
