Where did October Go?

Now the election is over Mom has lots of work to do in a short time to make sure everyone gets paid!  Dad has really stepped up while Mom works long days and late nights.  Mom has enjoyed using her brain a little differently with this job but also misses feeling like she is going her "Mom" job 100%.

Don't worry - Dad isn't too overworked with his regular work and helping more at home - he still fits some fishing in!  The fall weather has been great!

Dad is the best!  He enjoys taking the girls on adventures and they love exploring with him.  They also love when he packs some hot chocolate to drink on their breaks.

Elizabeth was able to have one of her friends, Sidney, from school over.  She missed her birthday party so we have her over for a mini one.  Of course we needed to decorate cookies to complete the party!

Cera and Emilee were excited to see there were still leftover cookies for decorating.  Not sure if the girls will ever outgrow loving to decorate cookies.  (They do enjoy eating them too!)

Mom decided to decorate the front door for Halloween this year (not too many other decorations were put up as Mom felt busy enough).  So while the girls were at school one day Mom got busy.  The girls were so surprised when they got home.

We enjoyed another big full moon.  Elizabeth and Emilee had to get out of the car to really enjoy their view!  So beautiful!
