Earth Day

Another year has past and we are celebrating Earth Day again.  The girls love our tradition of picking up garbage on this day.  We headed straight to the park after school with our gloves and bags.

The girls knew just where they wanted to go after exploring by the stream with their friend a few days before.

They all worked hard and filled their bags.  Next year they want to wear their gum books so they can get closer to the water where lots of garbage was caught.

We took a quick break on the picnic tables before we toss the trash in the garbage can and headed for home.  Way to go girls!!
