Sports Day

The end of the school year brings some fun activities with it - one of those being sports day. We were grateful for better weather this year.  Elizabeth enjoyed all of the activities and ran off lots of energy!

She also loved beating everyone (easily) in the races!  She's a pretty fast girl (and it helps she's one of the tallest in her class - those longer legs help).  She said that one of the boys was getting close to her so she just ran faster so he couldn't pass her!

Emilee liked the bouncy course and had fun racing her friends.

She also did great in long jump - she might have track and field in her future!

Mom caught up with Cera's class at the tug of war over the kiddie pool.  They all seemed to have fun - Cera stayed close to the back as she didn't want to get wet in the pool.

The grade 5's also liked to race on the bouncy course.  Even with Cera's face first approach down the slide she lost this race by a body length.

What a fun day to help wrap up another good school year!
