They enjoyed their breakfast with Ken and Peggy! Who doesn't love bacon, eggs, toast and great company.
They each got to go for a horse ride. Peggy is so great to take time to sharing her horses. She says it's good for her horses to get as many rides in as possible. They girls would agree especially if it's them riding them!
Elizabeth was so brave and rode all by herself! Good job Elizabeth! (She looks so proud of herself and is sending such a big smile to Mom through texted pictures.)
Emilee had fun taking her turn also. Mom loved getting her pictures at work - seeing how much fun they were having!
They also gave Cera a little lesson and turn leading the horse. She did a great job and Emilee didn't mind the second turn.
Camping is not complete without a campfire before bed especially when the sun is going down and it's a little chilly!
To wrap up their fun Dad took the girls to some horse jumping at Spruce Meadows. The girls loved every minute of it!
There were some army displays at the show and the girls thought it was fun that they got to climb up inside.
Maybe we have some future soldiers in our family!?!
After a long day at Spruce Meadows you need a shaved ice before heading home. Dad loves to spoil his girls!
Another highlight was the bus ride from the grounds to the parking lot. The girls were exhausted and slept great that night.
What a great weekend with Dad! He set the standards high for the next few months that Mom will be working.
