Back to the School Schedule

First day back to school!!  It's always a bitter sweet day.  The girls were sad that our summer fun has come to an end but were super excited to get back to school to see their friends.  They were excited and nervous to see who their new teachers would be and who would be in their classes.  We are grateful for girls that are mostly excited and enjoy going to school!

Elizabeth was so excited to start kindergarten this year!  To balance the numbers at each of the schools in town, there is no kindergarten at the same school as her sisters.  At first she was sad but now is excited to be different.  She headed off to her first day ready to meet her teacher, check out her new classroom and get learning!  She didn't even miss anyone (except maybe her puppy, Bailey) while she was at school.

Elizabeth had Mom try something new in her hair one day and she loved it!  She usually just likes her hair down so it's great when she lets it be a little different.

Another activity that picks up again now that school is back in is activity days.  Cera was excited to get back to regular activities.  They had a game night and Cera found out she is quite the cup stacker!

She also had fun with the other games.  She says her favorite activities are their craft nights but they also do lots of nights where they learn new skills.  We are grateful for their leaders that plan good activities and keep the girls wanting to come back!
