March Madness

We had a good March despite being quarantined with chickenpox for most of the month.  Elizabeth was excited about the puffer fish she made at preschool.  We thought it looked pretty cute!

We miss being close to Alan's family especially when it comes to birthdays and family get-togethers.  So we had to settle with sending Auntie Janet kisses via text for her birthday.  Who wouldn't love kisses from these cutie pies?!?

Cera loves going to activity days activities!  These activities are for girls ages 8-12 in our church and they have great leaders that plan some fun things for the girls.  This week they made Mother's Day cards, painted, made pictures and colored on a fun cloth picture.  Cera had so much fun and loves to take her friends with her.

Mom decided to try making a lemon meringue pie after Dad asked for months and Great Grandma Richards said they were easy.  Mom was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was and those that ate it were happy with the taste.

Elizabeth loves to play My Little Pony and often asks Mom to play with her.  Playing imagination games with little figures is not the highest on Mom's list of things she enjoys but once in awhile Elizabeth can convince her.  On this day Elizabeth was happy to have Mom play and was able to convince her to add 10 minutes to her already 10 minute timer.  Yeah for MLP with Mom!!
